All items are guaranteed, sold on a first come, first serve basis and are subject to availability. All prices are net. (Rhode Island residents please add 7% sales tax). Shipping and handling is $3.95 within the US. Shipping is included in any purchase over $100.00. Insurance is additional however, and is the customer's responsibility. Kindly contact me to confirm availability of an item before sending payment. Items can be referenced by the inventory number next to them. Items will be held for ten business days pending arrival or verification of payment.
When contacting me via e-mail about a potential purchase, it's helpful to put the item description (i.e. "CDV109") in the subject heading, as I'm reluctant to open e-mails if I'm not sure of the source. If for some reason you should not hear back from me, please accept my apologies, and please try me again. Occasionally, e-mail is unreliable. I will never intentionally NOT respond to an inquiry! In addition, customers are always welcome to call if they feel that they're not "getting through". (Or if they just prefer the telephone!)
Customers living outside of the United States must pay by U.S. currency, International Postal Order, a check drawn on a US account or PayPal. In addition, the shipping and handling fees quoted above pertain only to items mailed within the United States. Overseas customers will be asked to pay current rates plus insurance, where applicable. Please inquire about these rates when contacting me. ATTENTION! I guarantee NO overseas deliveries that are sent without an international tracking number. An international tracking number requires that customers pay for USPS Global Express Delivery plus insurance for the dollar value of the item(s) being sent. This will add substantially (approximately $25.00) to the shipping & handling fees. If you want your purchase guaranteed against loss, you MUST request this method of delivery, regardless of the country of destination or the dependability of its postal service. Without this additional service customers will forfeit any right to claims on items that are undelivered or "lost".
I make every effort to correctly describe my merchandise. However, I understand that photographic items may look different "in hand" than they do on a computer screen. As I want you to be absolutely pleased with your purchase, all items may be returned for any reason within seven business days for a full refund, less shipping & handling fees. Items MUST be in original condition, and preferably in original packaging, whenever possible. Kindly notify me within 48 hours of receipt of purchase of your intention to make a return. Payment will be refunded to customer once I have determined that returned item is in original and satisfactory condition. I am happy to ship certain items on approval to customers who are known to me.
